For anything which is having a minimum of some mass attached to Earth, then the gravity force acting on that thing is zero. This is because gravity acts that passes through to the Earth. So that, gravity becomes zero or inactive or inertia gravity. This force is said to be a balanced gravity force. But, the gravity force is activated when the things detach from Earth.
