4. ADOPT CHANGES AND GET GOOD OPPORTUNITIES

* Now a days most of the people and student are missed their good opportunities because the opportunity  is dressed differently what they are expected. So it becomes very difficult to identify for them. 

For example

We can get stone but not statue. (Making is in our hand)

We can get seed but not rice. ( Getting is in our hard work)

We can get money but not property.. ( Buying is our choice) 

* Why we don't want to change when things change? The primary problem is we never wanted to change our old mind set. Next we resist changing because we are afraid of change.

Some of the business man used to be afraid to change when a big change came along in their business.They normally didn't know what to do for change. So they didn't do anything differently and finally they lost their business.

Ex. Old type films are not run well when compare with latest technology used films.

* Normally once we have bought something, after that we will find that the same thing being sold some where else at the cheaper rate.

So if you want to buy a thing... you must not buy it immediately. You enquire some where else and then decide to buy.

* இன்றைய காலகட்டத்தில் மக்கள் மற்றும் மாணவர்கள் பல அருமையான வாய்ப்புகளை தவறவிடுகிறார்கள். அதற்குக் காரணம் 'வாய்ப்பு என்பது அவர்கள் எதிர்ப்பார்க்கும் உருவிலிருந்து மாறுபட்டு வருவதே!அதனால் அவர்களுக்கு வாய்ப்புகளை அடையாளம் காண்பதற்கு மிகக்கடினமாகப் போய்விடுகிறது. 

கல் நமக்கு எளிதாகக் கிடைக்கும். ஆனால் நாம் நினைத்த படி சிலை வடிப்பது நம் கையில் தான் உள்ளது.

விதைகள் கிடைக்கும். ஆனால் அதை அரிசியாக மாற்றுவது நமது உழைப்பில் இருக்கின்றது.

பணம் கிடைக்கும். ஆனால் அதன் மூலம் தேவையான சொத்து வாங்குவது நாம் வாங்குவதில் இருக்கின்றது.

* மாற்றங்கள் நிகழும் போது நாம் எதனால் மாறுவதில்லை? அதற்கு முழு முதற்காரணம் நாம் ஒரு போதும் மனிதில் இருக்கும் பழைய தொகுப்புகளை மாற்ற விருப்பபடுவதில்லை. அடுத்ததாக மாற்றங்களை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள நாம் பயப்படுவதே.

பொதுவாக வியாபாரிகள் பலர் தங்களுடைய வியாபாரத்தில் நிகழும் மாற்றங்களை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள பயப்படுகிறார்கள்.பெரும்பாலும்  அவர்களுக்கு மாறுவதற்கு என்ன செய்யவேண்டும் என்பது தெரிவதில்லை. ஆகையால் புதிதாக வரும் மாற்றங்களை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளாததால் முடிவாக அவர்களின் வியாபாரத்தை இழக்கிறார்கள்.  

அதாவது இன்றைய சூழ்நிலையில், பழைய காலத்து தொழில்நுட்ப உபயோகித்து திரைப்படம் எடுத்தால் அவைகள் நன்றாக ஓடுவதில்லை. ஆனால் புதிய தொழில்நுட்பம் பயன்படுத்திய திரைப்படங்கள் நல்ல வரவேற்ப்பை பெற்றுவருகிறதென்னவோ உண்மை. 

* பொதுவாக நாம் ஒரு பொருளை வாங்கிய பின், அதே பொருள் வேறொரு கடையில் நாம் வாங்கியதை விட விலை குறைவாக கிடைப்பதை அறிகிறோம்.

ஆகையால் நாம் எந்த ஒரு பொருளையும் அவசரப்பட்டு வாங்குவதற்கு முன்னால் பல கடைகளில் விசாரித்து எங்கு விலை குறைவாக இருக்கின்றதோ அங்கு வாங்கிப் பழக வேண்டும்.
