ராஜாவும் லல்லு நாயும்

ஒரு
ஊரில் ஒரு மனிதன் வாழ்ந்து வந்தான்.
அவன் பெயர் ராஜா.
அவன் எல்லோருடத்தில் அன்பாய் இருப்பான்.
ஊரில் உள்ள எல்லோருக்கும் வேண்டிய உதவிகள் செய்து வந்தான்.
அவனுக்கு ‘நாய்’
என்றால் உயிர்.
ஆகையால்,
ஒரு நாய் வாங்க கடைத்தெருவுக்குச் சென்றான்.
பல அழகான நாய்கள் இருப்பதைக் கண்டான்.
அதில் ஒரு நாய் அவனுக்கு மிகவும் பிடித்திருந்தது.
அதை வாங்க ஆசைப்பட்டான்.
கடைக்காரரிடம் கடைக்காரரே,
“இந்த
நாய் எவ்வளவு?”
என்று கேட்டான்.
அதற்கு கடைக்காரர்,
ஐயா!
இந்த நாய் ஐநூறு ரூபாய்.
நல்ல அறிவுள்ள நாய்.
எந்த வேலை சொன்னாலும் செய்யும் என்றான்.
அதை வாங்கி விட்டு வீட்டிற்கு வந்தான்.
அதற்கு லல்லு என்று சூட்டினான்.
லல்லுக்கு
வேண்டிய ரொட்டியும் பாலும் தினமும் கொடுத்து வந்தான்.
அந்த லல்லு சில வீட்டு வேலைகள் செய்து கொடுத்தது.
லல்லுவிடத்தில் கடைக்குச் சென்று ‘இன்னென்ன
சாமான்கள் வாங்க வேண்டும்’
என்று ஒரு சீட்டில் எழுதி ஒரு பையும்,
பணமும் கொடுத்தால்,
அதை வாயில் கவ்விக் கொண்டு ஓடிச் சென்று வாங்கி வந்து விடும்.
ஒரு
நாள் இரவு லல்லு நாய் குரைத்துக் கொண்டிருந்தது என்ன காரணம் என்று ராஜா கேட்டபோது
அது தூரத்தில் இருள் சூழ்ந்த இடத்தில் எதையோ காட்டியது ராஜா ஓடிச்சென்று இரு
டார்ச் லைட் எடுத்துக் கொண்டு அங்கு ஓடினான் அங்கே ஒரு அழகான நாயைக் கண்டான்
காலில் அடிபட்டு கிடந்தது அதனை வீட்டிற்கு கொண்டுவந்து மருந்து போட்டு
குணப்படுத்தினான் இந்த மூவரும் நண்பர்களாக மாறியதோடு ஊருக்குப் பல உதவிகள் செய்து
வந்தனர்

Raja
and Lallu the dog
A
boy lived in a town. His name was Raja. He loved everyone in that town. He also
helped the people in that town. He likes dogs very much. So, he went to the
‘dog shop’ to buy a dog. He saw, that there were many beautiful dogs in that shop.
One of the dogs he liked the most. He became happy to buy it.
Raja asked the shopkeeper, "How
much is this dog?" The shopkeeper replied for that, “sir! This dog is five
hundred rupees. Good and intelligent dog. He said further this dog would do
whatever work you tell”. Raja, bought it and left the shop, and came to his
house. He named that dog ‘Lallu’.
He used to give bread and milk to
Lallu every day. That Lallu did some housework. 'What else do Raju want to buy
in the groceries shop, Lallu dog will run to the shop and buy it
with its mouth clasped.
One night Raja heard that the dog
Lallu was barking. Raja asked the Lallu, “why you are barking?”. Lallu showed
something in the dark place. Raja and Lallu quickly ran there. There they saw a
beautiful dog with a wounded leg. Raju took it and came to his house with
Lallu. Raja put medicine on that dog. Then the boy and two dogs became thickest
friends.
