* The roll of a head in an organization / Company is very very important. He must be able to organize all and able to build a team. A head can think and initiates to form a plan process . When a plan is being formulated, all details must be analyzed  thorough and also potential obstacles must be recorded as well as it's remedial action to be planned whether it is short term or long term? All solutions will come in to view and the ways to reach the goal will become clear. So we have to think and select a good head. After we get a head and stay behind the head.

63. தலைவர் ஆவதற்கு தகுதியும் பொறுப்பும் 

* ஒரு நிறுவனத்தில் அல்லது ஒரு கம்பெனியில் தலைவரின் பொறுப்பு மிகவும் முக்கியமானது. அவர் அனைவரையும் ஒன்று சேர்க்கும் திறமை மற்றும் குழுவாக வேலை செய்யும் தகுதியும் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும். ஒரு தலைவர், அவர் நினைப்பதோடு திட்டம் போட்டு அதன் செயல் முறை உருவாக்கித் தொடங்கச் செய்ய வேண்டும். திட்டம் உருவாக்கியவுடன் எல்லா விவரங்கள் மற்றும் சாத்தியமான தடைகள் பதிவு செய்து நன்றாக ஆராய்ந்து  அதை தடுக்கும் குறுகிய அல்லது நீண்ட கால திட்டமும்தீட்ட வேண்டும். அனைத்தும் பார்வைக்கு வந்தவுடன் குறிக்கோளை அடையும் வழி தெளிவாக தெரியும். ஆகையால் நன்றாக யோசித்து ஒரு தலைவரை தேர்ந்தெடுக்க வேண்டும். அந்த தலைவர் கிடைத்தவுடன் அவர் பின்னே நடக்கவேண்டும். 

* 'பொய்' பல மணி நேரம், பல மாதங்கள், பல வருடங்கள் வேஷம் போட்டு மறைந்து வந்தாலும் 'உண்மை' ஒரு சில நிமிடமே வெளிச்சத்திற்கு கொண்டு வந்துவிடும்.  

* இந்த உலகில் பரிதாபத்திற்குரியது என்னவென்றால் வாழ்க்கைக்குத் தேவையான மிகச் சிறந்த படைப்புகள் விருது பெறாமலும், மக்கள் மத்தியில் பிரபலம் அடையாமலும் இருக்கின்றது. இதற்குக் காரணம் போட்டி, பொறாமை, சுயநலம். ஆனால் தகுதியில்லாத பல படைப்புகள் போட்டி, பொறாமை, சுயநலம் போன்ற காரணத்தினால் மக்கள் மத்தியில் மிகுந்த பரபரப்பையும், பிரபலமும் அடைந்து வருகின்றது.
